Just ordered Sky with Sky Sports as part of Black Friday deal. Threw in the UHD package too and despite it being 50% off its still £45 a month which still feels too expensive

They really were taking the piss with the pay per view.

5 subs is a thing again in the Championship. Hopefully it won't be long until Premier League follows too.

Reading Melissa Reddy's book 'Believe Us' about Liverpool under Klopp and it's really good. Interesting tidbits from former particle physicists analyzing spacial awareness on the pitch and also identifying potential transfers under the direction of Michael Edwards (our director of football, poached from Spurs no less) to firing Buvac after he was arguing with Pep Linders (now his current number 2) and goal keeping coach John Achterberg. Klopp has no problem with arguments but Buvac was holding grudges and despite working with him for 30years Buvac had to go.

Also Ed Woodward meeting Klopp over a year before he signed for Liverpool during Moyes' decline and offering him the biggest transfer budget in the prem of that summer and went on about how big Old Trafford was, he didn't talk about the fans, the history, nothing else. Klopp refused this approach obviously.

City crying about Roy Keane's comment  :fp:

Just remembered there's another England match tonight, I mean strawberry floating hell, how many do we need. :fp:
They really need to find a way to stop disrupting the season for pointless internationals all the time.

I really don't understand why they don't do qualifying tournaments instead of stupid international breaks. Shorten the season by about a month and then have a month off for the players at the end.

Been there, quite happy not to have it happen again. My biggest bugbear at the moment is that players keep coming back from international duty riddled with Coronavirus, and it is disrupting the top division seasons much more than it usually does. The decision this season to keep them going has been nothing short of reprehensible.

This is why when everyones riddled with the disease, Portsmouth will rise back into the Premier League having played the long game. :shifty:

I imagine the Nations League (and the friendlies) have been kept going because all the broadcast rights have already been sold (and spent).

This, I think I saw somewhere that the FA would've been out of pocket considerably if England didn't play a friendly (after New Zealand pulled out). Hence the hasty arrangement of Ireland.

Absolute stupidity.
