He can be very skilful with the ball, unfortunately it seems like he can't do any of the basics or ever make the right decision.

He shows no desire, runs around half-heartedly and the way he holds his sleeve cuffs really irritates me!

Is the new manager actually in charge of United today? I know they don't always take charge when it's so close to a match.

Not sure what is expected of AWB in that position for the penalty. Do you just not clear the ball out of your box now in case a player who’s not in possession sticks their foot in front of yours at the last moment?

These things are never pens, Liverpool got stung twice clearing a ball and out of nowhere opposition player stuck foot out then dived, Lamela and Wellbeck did it, Wellbeck said afterwards it wasn’t a pen.. bit late tho, Lamela is just a massive banana split.

This was the clip in question:

I actually don't think either Keane or Carragher are wrong in what they're saying. Keane is right that United just need a trophy, any trophy, to show signs of progress, and to do that you need top players like Varane and Ronaldo. But Carra is also right in that if you're trying to build a title winning side, you shouldn't be bringing in a 36/37 year old legend that wants success NOW and gets in the way of other players developing.

Very entertaining bit of TV though, I bet Jimmy-Flloyd enjoyed his front-row seat

I love how Jamie's scouse reaches helium levels of squeakiness when he really gets going.

This is oddly both great and terrible television. It's interesting to see their mindsets and different ideas etc and the little digs at each other are mostly enjoyable... But it also often turns into people talking/shouting over each other and just saying the same thing again and again to get one over the other, which just turns into school playground arguments.

Fun every once in a while, but it does seem to be happening more and more often.

I agree with Keane, they signed Ronaldo to win some League Cups

If I was the manager, I'd always put Ronaldo in the first eleven no matter what.

I love the comments from Roy Keane. :toot:

They were both right which made it all the funnier. I’d play Ronaldo every week and just ask the other 9 lads to run more to do the boring press work that CR7 cba to do.
