No. I'm watching without sound so presumed it was given for dangerous play?

Ok, but his boot is already in the air when Nego moves his head toward it. It's not like Shaw is kicking him in the head, he's running his head into the side of Shaw's boot.

Not overly impressed by Southgate's game management here. Mount has been lucky to remain on the pitch

Southgate doesn’t do game management, he does luck.

Lucas Hernandez has been summoned to Spanish court for violating a restraining order and could go to jail :dread:

This entire situation seems bizarre and I think Hernandez is probably justified in telling the Spanish court to strawberry float off. From what I can tell, both he and his fiancé where prohibited from being within 500m of each other for six months following a domestic violence incident and they both had to do community service. They secretly got married four months in to that six month period and then went on their honeymoon.

That's the issue. The court imposed a restraining order that they both violated. They've since had a child together, and have been separated for two and a half years. I imagine both have since moved on in their romantic lives.

What the strawberry float is the point in this?

You've returned just in time for my lengthy diatribe about why Salah is an overrated shill for Pepsi and Klopp is a fraud who will soon leave for moneybags Newcastle.

Wasn't he playing for West Ham only a year ago?

To be fair he was starting look like he was in less than perfect shape by that stage, but even so that's a quick change - lockdown must have hit hard!

He went from West Ham to Anderlecht in 2019 and was released by them in 2020.

Fair enough, but even so that's a quick decline!

Honestly, I'm surprised you don't see it more. Footballers spend 15 odd years having to carefully regulate their diet, a blow out on retirement is understandable!
