Don't know why he doesn't just hand in an official transfer request - maybe he'd lose a hefty loyalty bonus? I'm sure City would help make that up for him with his signing bonus.

Villa are being linked with so many players: Cantwell, Ward-Prowse, Damsgaard, Tuanzebe, Abraham...I'd be surprised if any of them happen though.

Yeah I've heard things like that before how it can effect bonuses etc

This needs resolving soon.

So now a number of 'sources' are saying Kane will return to training later this week. Bearing in mind I heard last week that he wasn't due to return to training till the 4th any way. Is this whole media circus just a load of made up BS?

If that was the case I'd have expected either the player or club to have clarified the situation by now.

Or Spurs have told him it'll cost him £200k a week if he continues not turning up...

Anyway, Spurs have City first game of the season, so maybe he'll just do a Shane Duffy....

Surely this would void the loyalty bonus if he doesn’t turn up for training in order to force a transfer as well?

Levy would do that.

Not unless the contract specifically said that, which it won't.

He wanted to leave Blackburn Rovers and in his first game after voicing this he scored 2 Own Goals.... but I don't think he meant them tbh... :slol:

He literally passed the first back into the net after it hit the post :slol:

He also got himself quite blatantly sent off for kicking the ball at opponent ages after whistle had gone. Man was on a mission, just ask Cora

New Contract sorted for Fab. Think it'll be Alison, VVD and then maybe Henderson.

Talk of us going after Jonathan David and Gravenberch which would be incredible.

I love Kane, and I respect him, and to be honest, if he wants to leave he should be allowed to. He's given more than enough for Tottenham over the years and is good enough to deserve to earn Trophy's with a competing club.

Having said all that, either two things have happened here.

1) The media just make stuff up as they go along
2) Kane and his brother agent have handled all this dreadfully

Not sure which it is (maybe both)
