Chelsea are looking at it according to Ornstein

Wherever he ends up Manchester United should ask for a players swap. 2 should be enough. (Money is pointless when no strawberry floater is willing to come to you )

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2022/07/04/exclusive-premier-league-star-arrested-suspicion-rape/

A Premier League international footballer has been arrested in North London on suspicion of rape, Telegraph Sport understands.

The player, who is in his late 20s and cannot be named for legal reasons, is currently in custody being quizzed over an alleged attack which is said to have taken place last month.

Scotland Yard confirmed in a statement that the player had been taken into custody in the early hours of Monday. The club has been contacted by Telegraph Sport and is aware the player is being questioned, but it declined to comment.

"On 4 July, an allegation of rape of a woman in her 20s was reported to police," the Met Police said in a statement. "It was reported the alleged rape happened in June 2022."

Police said the man was arrested "at an address in Barnet on suspicion of rape and taken into custody where he remains". "Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing," officers added.

The player is internationally renowned and it is unclear whether he will now play in his club's pre-season fixture schedule. The Premier League season begins on August 5 and the player is also due to play at the World Cup in Qatar this November.

There's been a name circulating on twitter. Obviously may not be correct. Most sources seem to be describing the player as 29 yrs old as opposed to in their late 20s.

Erikksen is a great signing. Happy with that. Cant blame Ronnie for wanting away but it won't be to another prem team. Murtaugh has been a big improvement on Woodward so far. Still a long way to go.but it's been more encouraging than the usual summer bullshit.
Nice that photek has found his voice again and is warming to his usual themes. Was worried about him when he went all quiet at the end of May.

Eriksen is a great signing for United. If Ronaldo would stay then I could imagine they would link up so well

Got a bit of a Hokusai vibe to it, and an interesting take on a classic blue and yellow Southampton away kit. I have to say I've never been a massive fan of the white and red Peru style ones they had recently so this is a nice change. I read somewhere last season that kit suppliers deliberately go off the deep end with the away or third kit every once in a while, because they'll get more sales from having a Marmite kit some fans will love and definitely buy even if everyone else hates it.

This is definitely the case. I mean, I can't really say anything after this abomination was Forest's third kit last year.

Even the all-over print is a rip-off because that design was originally a sublimation/all-over print t-shirt!

I spend more time talking about football in the GR footy whatsapp group than here. I was there throughout the league and CL final loss, with Man City fans for kompany.

Eriksson is a great signing, brings a bit more maturity to the midfield and could run games against lesser sides over the more (lets say) erratic Fernandes style.

The Pre-season Manu v Liverpool friendly next week will be Liverpools second string only afaik.

I had to come out of that WhatsApp group for that very reason.
