Are Man Utd fans going to want to travel all the way to Liverpool though?

The joke is that all the Man Utd fans will have to come from London. Although I did get the venue wrong.

That's a dirty finish from Koulibaly.

Get in!

However I'm absolutely surprised the ref allowed that corner and didn't give a foul against Romero for pulling that floppy hair guys hair.

Really entertaining game. Tuchel’s got gumption for a skinny bloke. Crackers.

Thought the ref was poor, as were Spurs. But got to love that hard earned point.

Absolutely baffling refereeing again. I understand there's a degree of interpretation regarding whether Richarlison was interfering with play by being in front of Mendy for the first goal, but to not send off Romero for that blatant hair pull is just ridiculous.

Hopefully at some point the Prem goes an entire weekend without an official having an absolutely dreadful performance.

Ah I see, the classic United jibe, very good.

I would imagine that most of the London-based United fans have moved on to a more successful team by now anyway, given how notoriously plastic and fickle they are. No doubt Brentford has seen a rise in shirt sales :simper:

Really dislike West Ham for some reason, so hoping Forest can get something from the game.

Glad we could oblige!

3pts, top half in 10th, ahead of Liverpool and Man Utd and just 1pt off the Champs Lge :toot:

Great atmosphere today, really helped us over the line I feel.
The game had everything including a goal disallowed by VAR for both teams, penalty given by VAR, penalty saved, WHU hitting the underside of the crossbar and bouncing down on/in front of line twice, and 2 goalline blocks by us.

On another day we could have been battered 5-1 but i just felt it was our day when they hit the bar for the 2nd time.

Now home and watching SS. See we've signed/annonced Freuler from Atalanta now too. That's No.15 through the door / £111m spent :toot:

Neco outstanding all game going forward, crosses, passes, defending including goal line clearance late on
Brennan had flashes but was quite quiet at times. Decent start to 2nd half.

Cos Henderson was directly behind him and 100% would have got to make the save

Good to hear Neco played well, based on his Wales performances I thought he was definitely good enough to be starting for a PL team. Hopefully Brennan gets off the mark soon enough and can head into the world cup with a few goals to his name.

Brennan had a tidy chipped finish over the keeper disallowed by VAR early in 2nd half for being slightly offside. Took it well and I have confidence he’ll score a few in the Prem

He occasionally flits in and out of games but he never has a bad one. A solid 7 yesterday for me.

Neco was 9/10 though. Tremendous game

Points off for him having the number 7 though.
