Will you still have to walk through people's gardens to get into the stadium?

nice comfy 5-1 win, thought Sterling played alright tonight, grew into the game as it went on, did some nice things. got a goal and assist so all in all, a good first start for him. and two goals for Nwaneri which is great to see.

Obviously it's during half term and I agreed to go down south to visit family about three hours ago :fp:

You should speak with my brother, the daft sod booked a holiday to Spain during league cup semi-final weekend up here and didn’t think to wait and see if Celtic would make it there. :fp:

I really liked that we dug out a win after a shocking opening to the second half. Would've been a real dent to the team's confidence if we didn't exploit City dropping points earlier with Liverpool having a routine game on paper to come. Would like to see more of Nwaneri, he looked brave and ready to take his opportunity. Hermansen was unbelievable for Leicester. You have to think with them taking points off Spurs and nearly taking points off us they'll have enough to pick up the requisite points to stay in the division.

I sympathise with Cooper about Calafiori not getting a second yellow. Maybe Buonanotte waving a card talked the ref out of it - which it obviously shouldn't have done - but it's the only reason I can fathom other than him having second thoughts about the shitstorm he'd get for sending off a THIRD Arsenal player in six weeks (again, not really a good enough excuse but it's not his fault he's in that position). Calafiori's first booking looked soft on MOTD and I think they scored from another soft booking for Saliba (it was all in that bad patch we had between 45-60 mins) - having said all that we got away with one today. In fairness so did Skipp - Arseblog live text seemed to say he was lucky to not be booked for an early doors tackle on Martinelli. He was then booked, and the Guardian said he should then have had a yellow for a late tackle on Saka (none of this was on MOTD so I'm going on other people's opinions here). Didn't look like a foul on Vardy for the goal either.

Giving a player mitigation on a highish tackle because he's clearly slipped and not done the thing he intended seems like exactly the sort of thing VAR should be doing. I get he's caught him but that seems more of a yellow to me because he's stopped a breakaway.

There are NFL players who have played in Spurs' ground that have handled the ball fewer times than Romero. Man's a liability

This time next next month, it won't only be dark outside, but Man Utd will be managed by Gareth Southgate.

You heard it here first.

I'm not saying they're all handballs (today wasn't for instance), but the ball does seem to hit his arm a lot, more than most centre halves.

There's really not much to say about that result. Poor Start. Compounded by a strawberry floating stupid, reckless challenge.

Awful.

Ten Hag isn't spending Christmas in Manchester.

It seems like ten Hag is losing the plot and clueless with the United squad.

Before the kick off, there was something not right and we played abysmal.

The only real difference between Man U this season and last is that the results are reflecting the performances this year. The same chasm of space in midfield is there, the concept of pressing rather than any real plan and just a lack of structure and playstyle in general.
