Celtic weren't good enough, just like last week. I'm still pretty confident we've got plenty more gears to work through though. Wilson was brilliant, which was great to see since I really rate him as a player. Should keep Naylor out of the left back spot too which is good for us. McDonald looks to be off to another slow start to the season, which isn't good enough now that he has proper competition for his place in Samaras (made worse by the fact that Skippy and Sam can't play together).

Get Crosas into the team to give Brown and/or Hartley license to go forward more, or ideally sign a proper creative midfielder. We need some proper forward play from the middle to relieve the pressure on our wingers. If our only threat comes from Naka and McGeady it just makes it too easy for teams to squeeze out our two best players.

Back on top before long though, keep the faith!

Gah....well that was bloody rubbish!

I reserve judgement until we play a team at a similar level to us, but to suddenly go 5-3-2, a formation we've never played before just cos we lost Pedro massively backfired.

One thing I take from this game, Kaboul looked okay on first impressions - but Chelsea looked superb.

Ho-hum, lets get Man United out of the way, and then our season can properly begin.
