Indeed. They currently owe the SPL £3 million as part of an instalment to the league's clubs, and the SPL paid it themselves on Friday as Setanta seemingly can't afford it.
As long as someone I can access picks up the SPL rights I can't say I care to be perfectly honest. Their coverage is still league's behind Sky's.

What's right with them?
We don't need Bramble when we have two perfectly good comedy defenders of our own in Nyron Nosworthy and Paul McShane. Cattermole is no better than Tainio, Whitehead or Leadbitter.
