My brother's one he bought on the extremely early pre-sale turned up on Friday, but the other ones from Ticketmaster aren't yet about.

Tomorrow though I reckon.

I was about to say the complete opposite. I want to see both and as there are only about six bands over the whole weekend who I actually want to see it's annoying that two have to clash. I'll probably go for Slipknot though due to: knowing that they're good live; that they rarely tour and that I can probably go and see Pendulum a hundred times in the next four years at Uni.

I thought Pendulum clashed with Feeder.

Already seen Pendulum though. I can confirm that they're 100% EPIC LEGENDS live.

I wish i was going to Leeds. I went to Reading last year, and it was the best thing ever.

I had the chance, as well. But i was skint at the time. If i'd waited a bit longer, i could've gone.

Ah well, at least i can watch it without being malnourished and running on adrenaline. And away from the scary drugs.

I want to see pendulum at leeds, but all the people am going with want to see slipknot more. Badly annoying the way these 2 have clashed.

I will probs see slipknot as I have bought tickets to see pendulum at Liverpool university in December. I just love pendulum though and haven't seen them before :?

Slipknot for me. They're rubbish but it'll allow me to steadily make my way to the front for Metallica.

I had a look at the bands that will be playing this term at Uni. All indie shite. Literally every band is called "The", followed by something moronic. Like "Fusiliers" or "Hoobstanks".

Nice. Really wanted to go but for various reasons I couldn't justify traveling down to London for it.

Setlist?

From what I recall through a drunken haze... This could be anywhere in the world, Drunks lovers sinners and saints, strike a match, boiled frogs...and a new song! (Yes a new one! Which was quite heavy from what I recall)

And more songs my Carslberg addled brain cant quite comprehend right now. Was an awesome gig nonetheless!

Georege actually made a comment about the apparent internet rumours about Alexis splitting up, and of course later on stage dived and spat water everywhere. It went in my eye

Dead Swans were alright, reminded me of Gallows (but not quite as gooseberry fool) and Ghost of a Thousand were pretty decent too, although the lead singer was OBSESSED with moshpits, even though blatantly noone wanted to for him. Haha.

EDIT- Oh i forgot to add, everyone who stagedived got thrown literally back into the throng by George...skinny bastard he is...but strawberry floating strong!

Sounds awesome, had no idea Dead Swans and GoaT were playing as well. Some people I know who went have also said how ace it was.

I've often wondered what they'd be like.

Do they mainly focus on a comedy show, or just actually play a set?

Gutted that I'm not going to Leeds/Reading as my mates decided on Download instead this year.

Still going to see Random Hand tonight in Newcastle which should be fun. They sound a bit like Capdown. They are first on at the Punk stage for you guys going to Leeds/Reading
