As in, you think you have this won, or you have this one (won)?

I guess what I'm asking is:
Wun or wun wun?

Get smart heating with Hive or Nest, you can then have an IFTTT rule that automatically sets it back to what you want when it gets changed.

Last 3 days the heating has kicked in at 6am. Its set to 20 between 6am and 930pm. I'd be annoyed but in total it's only running for like 15 minutes a day as it's just right at the start it's needed to nudge it over the limit and then it doesn't reappear all day.

Although it's been pissing down today so it's been running more as conservatory is acting as a water cooler for the house right now....

Ah, conservatories. They turn houses into furnaces in the summer and are sub-zero Antarctic wastelands in the winter.

Nice in early Spring and late Autumn though. When it's a sunny day.

Popped ours on today. Was hoping to last quite a bit longer but other half is feeling unwell so couldn't also let her suffer the cold.

Outs is pretty decent, it adds a bit of heat in summer but not "too" much, and in winter it is pretty good and no leeching too much, unless it's raining, then it leeches a lot more heat.

The roof is some plastic tube stuff that's sealed at each end so acts as some sort of insulation.

I can see myself getting to the late game here. It's still shorts and T shirt weather as far as I am concerned.

Was definitely feeling chillier this morning, hoping to hold out for a good while longer but I can see complaints coming my way!

I had to put the heating on for 15 minutes earlier to take the edge off, as while I can always put thicker clothes on, I draw the line at cold hands and I'm not wearing gloves. Context.

Surprised by these relatively early failures of so many of you!

Relatively newly built highly insulated buildings (except in heatwaves). :toot:

I live in a new-ish house, I just like being warm.

Still warm enough to have the windows open. Aside from the rain, it's still, for the most part, comfortably t-shirt weather. I did cave and wear a hoodie to university but that quickly came off as soon as I was on campus.

Please do not post this in the "No Context" thread

I still think of GRcade as collectively in our 20s and child-free. Even though I'm aware I'm one of the younger "near 2 decades long" members.

Sounds like technology rather than the SO's have screwed over the gentlemen of GRcade though. Damn you Hive and Nest!

It's no cold enough to turn on until I go to pee and I have to break ice.
