I suspect they might be region and/or restaurant specific. The menu through my door the other week had different codes to those posted above.

Ah. Well if that's the case then I still recommend calling your local joint up and telling 'em the code isn't working/asking what the latest deals are. They should be more than happy to enter them in on their system for you. (they've done it for me on a number of occasions)
