Also I've never played any of these games but this looks pretty great to me. And despite having never played it I've somehow heard the objection and the dramatic (?) music themes from the original and they're both sick.

Yep the music is one of the best things about the series. They got the composer in for indie picross/visual novel game Murder by Numbers and it shows.

As for the story, the tagline's more interesting than the reality I'm afraid! She's very quiet and likes games with deep stories and good characters, whereas I like making a plumber hop on some mushrooms. We met at a bigger event, and without Ace Attorney we probably wouldn't have had enough in common to talk about. As it is, we did and it went from there!

And yes, the music is one of the key aspects of the game. I have had the Steel Samurai ditty stuck in my head for about...... 15 years now. Yikes.

I see 365 games are selling this physical (NTSC) for preorder. No reason why i should avoid it / them is there? I'm 99% sure i have used them once in the past with no problems.

I've been looking out for any responses to this. I don't know them and can't give advice. At the moment, regardless, I'm looking to stick with digital, just for the benefit of playing it day one...

I pre-ordered Great Ace Attorney from 365Games a few weeks back. I've ordered from them before, and have never had any issues.

Yeah, I preordered there in the end also. Got to have that box with no instruction manual etc.

Well, the advantage of going digital is that my preorder just downloaded. The disadvantage is that I have to sit here for a week with it on my menu screen, taunting me. Can't believe it comes out on a workday as well. :cry:

Hyped for this. It would be lovely if this good weather held up as it would be really chill to play in the garden of an evening as the sun goes down. It will probably be snowing by then though.

Really excited for tomorrow. The aesthetic mix of Japanese and Victorian English cultures really appealed to me in the trailer. Looking forward to it.
