PUBLISHER: Capcom
RELEASE DATE: 27.07.2021
PLATFORMS: PS4/Switch/PC

KURAE! The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles brings together two incredible adventures set a century before the events of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney! This special trailer features an introduction and closing statements from Shu Takumi – the director and scenario writer of the first three Ace Attorney games as well as both The Great Ace Attorney games – that Ace fans absolutely do not want to miss.

Never before released outside of Japan, both The Great Ace Attorney: Adventures and The Great Ace Attorney 2: Resolve follow the escapades of fledgling lawyer Ryunosuke Naruhodo, his trusty legal aide, Susato Mikotoba, the inimitable detective, Herlock Sholmes, young genius Iris Wilson, and a wide variety of weird and wonderful characters. Ten cases chock full of intriguing mysteries and courtroom mayhem await you, set against the backdrop of 19th century Japan and England.

Before Phoenix, there was Ryunosuke. Seems like being an ace attorney runs in the family after all.

The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles comes to PlayStation and Switch on July 27th, 2021!

Very excited about this! I love the Ace Attorney games, and I've been hoping for English versions of these for a long time. Will pick up on Switch, as these work so well playing on the go or in bed.

Amazing. Amazing. Amazing.

Will probably go for PlayStation as I'm still in the PS5 honeymoon period.

LET'S CHUFFING GOOOOOOOOOOOO

2021 suddenly looks a whole lot better for gaming. I don't have many choices for machine, but agreed with the handheld thing.

You can get it pretty much anywhere else I think. I played it on iPhone.

It’s on the store already isn’t it? I own a trilogy of Phoenix Wright games on Switch, what are those?

They've said there will be a double-pack with Chronicles and the original trilogy. I'm not sure if it's digital or physical.

I’ve played the Ace Attorney trilogy on the PS4, and it isn’t the same as playing on the DS. Plus the updated graphics seems a bit off, like losing some of the charm.

But I would snap this up regardless, just for the Origins games which I haven’t played!

What he said.

I'll be sure to dig out my 3DS to go through Spirit of Justice as I didn't put much time into it when it came out.

Nice. This will be a good excuse to dig out the Switch again.

Herlock Sholmes is the laziest name they've ever used and, considering how bad some of the names were in the most recent games, that's saying something.
