Shocked at the new Kanye album actually being decent. You hate to see it. Unsurprisingly the best song is the one with Clipse and Kenny G(!)

I think its... ok.

It's clear his influence is getting less with each album. Ye wasnt great but at least KSG and Daytona compensated. This one's alright, I've listened to it a few times now, but my playlist had TLOP come on straight afterward and the difference in quality is clear.

Some of th lyrics are strawberry floating awful too but that's fairly standard Kanye post MBTDF.

Didn't like it. God botherer Kanye is just strawberry floating boring, and when he started whingeing about having to pay tax, and that's why he has to sell overpriced merch so his kids don't starve, that was where I fully went off it.

Not been huge on a lot of his releases since Yeezus, though.

i might give Jesus is King a listen but i doubt it

My favourite track off Jesus is King is Follow god; album as a whole was ok but I'm not a fan of overly religious kanye and I liked Pablo, Ye and KSG far more.

I suppose he'll work on the album some more so idk maybe it'll be better at the beginning of next year. Hopefully he works all those features he cut back in

I love the Black Album too, it's the first rap album I remember really getting in to.

Could probably count on one hand the amount of songs of his I actually like. Never really got the fuss around him.
