I just subscribe to Funimation's US streaming service so get all the eps that way :toot:

Getting the film on Blu-Ray even if it hits the streaming service though. My only disappointment will be not seeing it on a cinema screen again.

MHA S3 has been utterly superb for the first seven episodes I've seen, I like where they're taking Bakugo's story arc, I'm guessing he'll get turned to the League of Villains' cause at some point

Arse!

Just downloaded what I thought was the 8th episode (labelled as S3E08) but was actually ep7.

The other episodes I have are all labelled as episodes 39-46 but I guess that 3rd season episode count started with the catch-up episode so ep39 is actually S03E01.

Bloody inconsistent uploaders.

I'm not reading the manga so I hope I'm not totally wrong but...

Bakugo becoming a villain seems almost too predictable, I think he's a good guy who just has a hot temper and he's a pretty refreshing departure from the normal anime superhero that is just a shining beacon of good natured justice (Like Midoriya)

I highly doubt Bakugo would go over to the villain side. As much of an arse as he is, he seems to have a genuine hatred of villains and what they do.

I'm not up-to-date on comics / manga... but doesn't this move by Shonen Jump sound pretty amazing?

It's a very good move. Many western manga fans use scanlations and aggregate sites such as MangaDex but want to support the industry where we can. Up-to-date releases with a quality translation is a dream-come-true as far as I'm concerned, I would gladly subscribe for $1.99/month for access to all past chapters too.

If it works well I hope the subscription could be expanded to the rest of Shueisha's line. If Kodansha also got in on it with a similar service then oh boy would I be a happy chappy indeed.

Bought some manga from Comixology, and the contrast on a bunch of pages is totally off...

Look at this...

Compared to what it should look like...

There's also miss-alignment and scan lines on some pages...

Thanks Amazon :|

Indirect spoilers to MHA s3:

Bakugo's actual arc progression was much better than what the supposed foreshadowing suggested it would be. I even think he's my favourite character now

Even though I'm not certain how much use the membership will be to me, that seems too crazy not to support. Will def sign up to it when it goes live.

I've not read a huge amount of manga (I've got the Death Note series and I'm reading the Tokyo Ghoul / Tokyo Ghoul re: series at the moment) but this is pretty tempting.

Vol 2 of Berserk Special Edition is up for pre-order on Amazon. It's priced at around £33-ish.

$1.99 is an absolutely batshit price. I honestly can't see how that could be a profitable business model, but I'm down to try it out.

Fully recommend the anime Goblin Slayer. Gives me a bit of a Berserk vibe which is a huge compliment.

I read that it was originally written as a crossover fanfiction with the Goblin Slayer actually being Guts in all but name.

It was literally a 2chan fabric that used characters from other series. That's why the series characters have no names besides Goblin Slayer and Priestess.
