I quite enjoyed that new Bleach one shot this week. Hopefully we get some more follow-up chapters like with Burn the Witch in the future as the infrequent batches of releases seems to suit Kubo a lot better than the weekly grind.

Black Clover just keeps getting better (and odder).

Ep44 spoiler
So Grey is actually a girl, not a massive silent dude. and Charmy is ridiculously overpowered

hype as strawberry float, it's been two years since the last one

On this topic, I finally decided to go through the manga. I'm on part 4 so far; I enjoyed part 3 more as a comic than I did as a cartoon.

It's a good time to check out the manga now that the scans and translation aren't a hot steaming pile of duwang, there is also a really good coloured version out there.

Very slowly getting into Jujutsu Kaisen. I'm 30 chapters in but I cannot yet see why it took of like it did. Mostly everything about it feels so-so. Not close to bad, but also not all that amazing. But I have picked up the pace reading it the last few days, so it must be doing something right.

I was also pretty "meh it's okay" about it for the first 50 chapters but I liked the prequel chapters before the main serialisation and it eventually got me hooked after a couple of very good arcs. It really took off once the fantastic anime adaptation hit and just like with Kimetsu no Yaiba the manga sales exploded.

The prequel chapters just confused me  What happened to that guy who's girlfriend got killed? Is he not in the main series?

He is mentioned a couple of times before making a reappearance but I don't want to spoil things more than that.

Oh! Looking forward to it already  Ta.

One Piece anime: Aqua Laguna marks the real start of Water 7 arc. Well, the business end of it, anyway.

Was great seeing Sanji's message, and I also loved this guy:

Yeah I've been reading the JoJo's coloured adventure translation. They've done most of part 8 as well.

Hopefully I'll have time to watch it tomorrow night. Can't wait to not like it and reject it in favour of the TV series

One Piece episode 259: Cannot get enough of Sogeking's theme song and how it gets cut by the show

This may help me get into Gundam...

Charmy is rapidly becoming one of the best characters in Black Clover despite initially being one of the most annoying.

I just love the idea of the comic relief gluttonous character being one of the most powerfulwhen they actually decide to do something other than obsess over food or Yuno

Is shaman King on Netflix a reboot or the old show? I enjoyed the old show.

Ooh cheers for this, I'm munching my way through MHA and this looks like just the sort of thing to watch after I get to the end of it. Right down to the 'kid without a superpower in superworld' basis.

It's a reboot, though I believe most of the original voice cast is present.
