Jesus christ, body partially eaten by a sea animal, suspected to be a shark.

No indication yet if that was the cause of death, or just something that happened after death.

I mostly know him through the Abridged series, but that's not a thing that should happen to anyone.

Regret to inform you that I have reached the Haikyu Meat Dance and nothing will ever been the same again. Information below for those who know they'll never watch it.
Oppo 1: 'I don't want to play The Protags again, they're so unpredictable.'
Oppo 2: 'At least they seem to be getting tired now?'

Their supporters should chant that at their matches. Y'know, if they had supporters.

I think I re-read Chainsaw Man in 3 days. That has to be some kind of record. (Would have been slightly quicker if the later chapters hadn't started borking when trying to turn the page.) I think I'll start on One Punch Man next. (Seeing as I can no longer stream s1 of the anime ¬_¬)

Will be reading that later tonight.

Haikyu s2 ep24: I love that little glimpse into the Oikawa/Kageyama rivalry through the years, and how Oikawa seemingly wanted to quit because he felt he didn't have Kageyama's natural talent.

Oikawa can still get stuffed though. I don't care if he wears glasses or not.

Finished S3. Given the name of S4 I did suspect Karasuno would win. The ending of the first season is really coming into its own though, because there's always a possibility they might lose.

Tsukki though. :wub:

He turns up to the final of the regionals 'in disguise', i.e. civvies and glasses, and the Crunchyroll comments are very into it.

Ah. Yeah. I can vaguely picture it, I think.

Nitpicking between Haikyu!! subs and dub: I don't care what anyone says, the "concrete" lines were better in the dub. I can't remember exactly what they were, but they were better delivered and just sounded better. "The Kurasuno parking lot" or something versus "from the concrete." Maybe a bad translation for the dub?

I'm closing in on the end of ZZ Gundam, and that was a slog; there are a handful of 100% awful episodes that can be skipped but the first third had this weirdly goofy tone that just didn't work and it took a long time to get going towards moving the plot forward in a meaningful way. I think this is the last big series in the universal century setting, the rest are films and ova's etc so that should be a bit more manageable.

:lol:

After having watched anime a bajillions times, I wasn't expecting One-Punch manga to be this enjoyable. But I am loving it! The colour splash pages and chapters (well, chapter so far) of mostly dialogue-free pages are really cool. But there are a couple of small things here and there which the anime does better! Examples which spring to mind:The crotch punch; Saitama taking the physical test for the Hero Association; the end of the Carnage Kabuto fight where Genos explains why Saitama is upset / them both running off to the meat sale :lol:; the visualisation of Saitama's power when he stops short of punching Genos in their sparring match.

You still have more three more series in the UC and they're three of the best series there's ever been. Unicorn, Victory and Turn A. Origin as well if you didn't start with that.

UC0068 - UC0079 - Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin (OVA) / Advent of the Red Comet (Compilation TV Series).
UC0079 - Mobile Suit Gundam (TV Series) / The Movie, Soldiers of Sorrow, Encounters in Space (Compilation Movies);
Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team (OVA) / Miller's Report (Compilation Movie);
Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO: The Hidden One Year War (OVA);
Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO: Apocalypse 0079 (OVA);
Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO 2: The Gravity Front (OVA);
Gundam Crisis (Amusement Park Ride);
Gundam the Ride: A Baoa Qu (Amusement Park Ride);
Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket (OVA);
Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt (ONA) / December Sky, Bandit Flower (Compilation Movies).
UC0083 - Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory (OVA) / The Afterglow of Zeon (Compilation Movie).
UC0087 - Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam (TV Series) / Heir to the Stars, Lovers, Love Is the Pulse of the Stars (Compilation Movies);
Gundam Neo Experience 0087: Green Divers (Special Format CGI Short Film).
UC0088 - Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ (TV Series).
UC0092 - Mobile Suit Gundam: U.C. Engage (Smartphone Game/Animation)
UC0093 - Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack (Animated Movie).
UC0096 - Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn (OVA) / RE:0096 (Compilation TV Series);
Mobile Suit Gundam: Twilight Axis (ONA) / Red Blur (Compilation Movie).
UC0097 - Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative (Animated Movie).
UC0105 - Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway (Animated Movie).
UC0123 - Mobile Suit Gundam F91 (Animated Movie).
UC0153 - Mobile Suit Victory Gundam (TV Series).
UC0223 - G-Saviour (Live Action TV Movie).

This is the order I watched in (minus the ones that are no longer viewable like G-Saviour and the Amusement Park rides)

I think I'll probably stop after F91; even unicorn is a few episodes rather than 50-ish episode series. I didn't really enjoy zeta or double zeta as much as origin to 0083 stardust memory, that's the period I've stuck to for the gunpla kits etc.
