Uh I think you missed an episode. There was an episode yesterday that was the final.

Obviously without giving away major details, what sort of issue is it? What's the BIG thing from the issue? Cliffhanger being set up? Cliffhanger resolution? Or is a laid back sort of issue?

I'm on 960. And have started reading Demon Slayer

How do I answer this with these requirements?

I'll pass on the attempt!

I've seen the 1st episode of Demon Slayer a few weeks ago, need to give it a few more episodes but wasn't hooked from the 1st ep.

I don't even play games and have never played an MMORPG but the concept is great and reminds me of other "vastly overpowered character in their world" like One Punch Man. It's a challenge to make such a premise feel fresh but 14 light novel books later and I'm still hooked, the world building certainly helps too.

I wasn't even aware it's particularly popular, can't recall anyone mentioning it on here for instance.

It was part of that wave of early-mid 2010s isekai and so was popular among my generation (Z), many of whom got into anime through these shows (largely SAO lol). I like aspects of Overlord and in theory I should love the sort of protagonist it has, but Ains' internal monologue and the unconditional devotion of his subjects are kind of offputting. It creates this sort of inconsistency with his character wherein it feels almost out of step whenever he murders humans in cold blood. Maybe this becomes less of an issue later on.

I don't dislike the show tho, I'd probably watch another season of it.

Are you watching the One Piece anime? The pacing is terrible on that arc and is around the time I became fully Manga only.

The Manga arc was great!

I hope one day we'll get a 4k remake with proper pacing similar to what happened with Full Metal Alchemist then being redone as Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

   For some reason I saw Dresrossa and read Dorohedoro.

And yes, Dressrosa Arc was amaze.

I've not seen any of the anime, but yeah, a remake would be a great jumping on point for me.
