That looks terrific, Denster! Game soundtracks on vinyl seems to have become a big thing these past few years and some of them look so smart; it must be fantastic to have a collection of them.

When people say Vinyl sounds amazing do they just mean they like the imperfections? Or am I missing something

I think they mean it sounds better when you're talking to your mates about them.

You’re missing something, perhaps. However a lot of new vinyl releases are just the MP3’s, pretty much.
Older vinyl, played through a decent system? Unbeatable.

Isn't the sound quality just factually worse that other methods because of the imperfections the needle picks up and obviously the wear over time?

Or has modern stuff fixed those issues?
