Say what you want about Ganon's authoritarian social policies, his infrastructure projects ensured full employment and brought Hyrule out of recession.

In Spirit Tracks he made the trains run on time

In Wind Waker, the only actual stated goal of Ganon was to un-flood Hyrule, which is probably a good (and at worst a neutral) act. His stated motivation for seeking the Triforce back in Hyrule was to improve the agricultural output of the Gerudo Desert. He repeatedly refuses to kill you to achieve his goals, and this principled non-violent stance is ultimately his undoing.

Also ask are his repeated attempts to overthrow an absolute monarchy with strict racial prejudices really that wrong?

Ganon's only mistake is his commitment to vanguardism.

I have started a playthrough of this. My first was in normal mode, and without any DLC. Hoping that Master Mode and all the DLCs - as well as it being a while - makes it feel fresh.

At the moment I'm enjoying how much planning has to go into taking down a group of enemies. I don't think I ever snuck into camps to clear them at night in my first playthrough, whereas you basically have to approach it that way in the hard difficulty, at least early on. I've invested in the sneak clothes (something else I never did before!), I found I could sneak in OK without them, but they're mostly useful because enemies lose interest a lot quicker if you have to abort and run away!

I love the sneaking clothes and how when you fully upgrade them it makes you move like The Flash at night time!

Must have been quite a shock to the system.

I'm sure you've got the capacity to deal with it though.

I think you should all be charged with crimes against humour.

It’s not much better than assault and battery.
