Done the Zora giggas now. I think the next thing I'm going to do is try to find Mr. Fat Korok Fuckface again. Found him twice, no idea where he'll be next.

So....this island to the far south east with the naked shrine on/ That's a bit rubbish isn't it?

Oh if you die or reload your save you have to Swim over again.!!! Gee thanks.

Last time i did the whole island and then upon getting to transporting the final ball i dropped it in the mud pool and couldn't get it out :fp:

Is this a troll post?

By widely held opinion one of the best parts of the game

And why and how are you swimming there

It's a fantastic part of the game, just done it on my Switch play through yesterday!

Swimming there must have taken an age, I just glide from the shrine high up on the cliff or I think there's a raft you can use to speed things up.

Nope. I used about 4 stamina potions to get there. So I'll glide next time! I swam as I wandered to the end of the curved peninsula section looking for stuff and it seemed like the best option at the time.

Very careless indeed Hyperion! How I wish them orange balls were metallic. I was whacking it with the treasure chest for a good ten minutes trying to get it out of the mud :|

You've totally ignored the raft and leaves. Would make your journey much easier.

I also wasn't that big a fan of the island.

I haven't even got to the island :shifty:

I recently returned to this, Thunderblight Ganon was an arse for me, so I went and got the Master Sword and beat him over the head with it... Now I'm at that point where I've got all the Beasts and not sure if I want to attempt the castle or doss around and try and get all the shrines/side quests done...

That's one hell of a swim, I'm impressed

But yes, to be more constructive than earlier, you should try to raft or glide there.

As for freeing the orb from the mud, could you not stasis it and then hit it with the treasure chest while it is stasis'd?

Tried that too.

Anyway upon a reload i found the island much more enjoyable..using electric choo choos to shock moblins, that was fun! Gonna do the Rito giggas later.

I assumed I was down to the last couple of shrines, then found out I've got 26 to go. God knows where they could be.

Had a brief foray into Hyrule Castle to get my last memory. Man, it was cool. I got out ASAP to save it for the final showdown. The only upside to finishing this game is I get to move into Mario Odyssey. It's been absolutely amazing.

I keep thinking about going back to this to play through the DLC/complete more side quests but trying to remember all the control systems and in game systems puts me off!

I can see why the controls might as they’re a good deal more complex and harder to get used to than most Nintendo games.

I don’t see why the games systems would put you off though.

Probably better to focus on the sense of adventure, the amazing world you get to explore in a host of super fun ways and all the cool people and stories you encounter along the way.

A friend has my WiiU at the moment so tempted to pick up a Switch and play it through for a third time but with God of War around the corner I doubt I will.

I think it’s mostly the controls to be honest, maybe I just need to spend an hour in one area getting used to everything again.

I think once I've finished my Switch playthrough (so second playthrough altogether) I think I'll probably be done, it's an insanely good game but the time needed to explore everywhere is just immense. I'm looking forward to playing the dlc this time. I'm probably nearing about 65 hours in my current play through after 105 ish in the Wii U version. It's seriously impacting on my other games I need to play but I just can't get enough of it, I play other stuff for a couple of hours but always head back to Breath of The Wild :)

Only way I might go back to after I've completed the dlc and main quest is to maybe try and beat Ganon with 3 hearts straight off the plateau or something or just to mess about. No way would I even consider a third complete play through despite how much I'd enjoy it.

Sorry but I won't be selling either copy as I'd just end up buying it again! Wii U will be staying in my collection as well, won't be worth anything down the line and I'll never sell it but it'll be neat to have a copy on both the the Wii U and Switch :)

I take it you haven't played it then? I just presumed you had....... Definitely worth buying and I doubt it'll get reduced in price considerably anytime soon.
