Not sure why they have multiple bags of the same number. Pretty sure my deathstar and hellicarrier were the same.

Its so they can split up pieces of roughly similar sizes that will be used in the same stage of the build. So each stage could have a big pieces bag with big plates and bricks in it, a medium pieces bag with smaller bricks and plates and a small pieces bag with the connectors, individual studs and stuff like that in it, that way you can put all the fiddly stuff into a bowl and not have to fish it all out from amongst the bigger bits.

They could mark the bags "1-1" and "1-2" though. When the bags are all in these individual boxes like this and you pull out a Bag marked "1" you just assume that's all you need and don't pull out anymore bags. Then all of a sudden you get to step 3 and think there's pieces missing.

Anyway, Bag 3 (And only 1 Bag 3) done,

The disappointing thing is that all of this stuff is probably going to be completely covered up. In the Porsche all of the engine and gears are completely covered and you can't see them without taking the model apart again.

In my day there was no bag numbering, just rip it all open and sort it out like a man :datass:

But different types of pieces were generally in separate bags, plus Lego boxes had those amazing plastic trays that you could use to keep pieces sorted.

That Bugatti looks really good and I’d like to have one but I have no room for it. Maybe one day I’ll find a space for it. :shifty:

It really does doesn't it? It's like something Mega Blocks might push out.

I think I will order James Bond Aston Martin DB5 and it's something I've always want to have since then. I think it will look better in real thing.

Something just doesnt look right about it. I can see what they were going for but I think the subtle curve on the side now being a perfectly straight line just ruins the look of the car. Its really cool that the gadgets work and all of that but the look just isnt there.

Yeh the email of it the other day made it look awful. I can't believe it's a real set

They probably should have used the Licence to make a playset of a baddies secret base or something instead.

It's actually slightly better in real life. I'm half way through building it.

I just have to have it as it would add to my favourite movies Lego Collection sets, and there's no way I want to miss out on it especially after the inflated prices for the much worse looking Back to the Future set and POTC's Black Pearl ship.

Also I have ordered three sets this week. Voltorn, Joker's Manor and the Disney Castle (last one is for my GF.) Also looking at the Aliens' Power Loader custom set that I saw at Bricklive event in Glasgow.

That is incredible. Likewise not an HP fan, but that looks insane. It will sell like fuckery*.

That’s a pretty good price for hogwarts. The Death Star is £410 for 4000 pieces. Falcon is £650 for 7500.

The colours look terrible on that video, but the photos I’ve seen look good.

I like how the background sticker for the room full of stuff is all previous Lego objects like fish, crystal etc
