Quick tip that probably everyone but me already knows, don't bank VIP points into vouchers unless you're going to use them relatively quickly. Picked up a half price £20 voucher during black friday and went to use it today on the Porsche pre-order. Turns out the expire after 30 days. Bollocks.

Dat Porsche tho :datass:

Another good tip is to read the website properly and don't buy a in-store code instead of an online code in a pandemic. Thankfully I think I only wasted around 800 points.

According to DPD, it's due to finally arrive tomorrow.
Taking bets on how strawberry floated it is.

I've had the same issue when I ordered my Lego on 1st of January and it arrived almost three weeks later. I rang up to Lego and they said it was an issue with Brexit and Covid-19 test for the drivers.

You should get it tomorrow.

I think they may have solved their logistics issues as the Porsche I ordered on Monday, shipped on Wednesday and is due for delivery today.

Jen just wandered back from Smyths with the A-Wing and Obi-Wan's Hut  so I'm going to make a start on that tonight.

We've got an old style AT-AT upstairs waiting to be built too in the near future! Going to get the Falcon at some point this year before they end up being more than a grand!

A-Wing done.

Would have done it sooner, but I messed up right at the start and had to take the front end apart and redo it. Then I had the vaccine and it wiped me out for the day!

It looks amazing, I'm terrified the kids/cats are going to break it. So definitely need to look at some storage for them! Gonna do Obis hut next

We've invested in a big lego set for when we have a bigger house. So it's sat in it's box. Just waiting....

I would very strongly suggest building it in the place it's going to stay. It's a bitch to move once fully assembled.
