All that attention to detail and Newman is the one coming through the door.

There's one which turns the colosseum into a visually interesting castle thing.

Medieval Blacksmith was a fun thing to build on a day off and looks really nice on a shelf. Thankfully for my wallet I think my Lego habit may have peaked though, as aside from maybe the Tree House set there isn’t really anything else that piques my interest.

Tree House was supposed to retire at the end of the last year but got a reprieve. If you think you want it, probably worth buying it in the double points offer next week.

I can’t believe you’re doing this to me again.

Thanks for the heads up.

Well I’d love a UCS Republic Gunship but really don’t have anywhere for a model that size!

I'm sure it wasn't that much when I bought it when it came out!

MSRP is £179.99. Are you thinking of the earlier smaller version? This is the new bigger model which came out this year.

For my birthday my wife got me the Falcon, known about it for ages, been looking forward to it, finally got to start it last night and holy gooseberry fool is it a monster. I knew it was going to be big, I knew it was going to be a challenge but still, the heft of the book is surprising, the 3.5 hours for stage 1 is surprising, its unlike any set Ive built before and Im only on the skeleton of the thing. It will be some time before its completed which is a good thing as I have no idea where I will be able to display this thing, a wall mount is looking like the most viable option.

I’d love the UCS Falcon to, but I’ve just nowhere to put it

UCS Gunship page up, £330. Like the Falcon I’d love to get one but just haven’t got the space.

The UCS Falcon is a fantastic build. I was going to wall mount it, but eventually settled for an Efferman stand on top of a cabinet. It looks so good, though.

I was expecting them to do a little bit more with the minifigs with the gunship to try and capitalise on all the Clone Wars hype. It's a bit disappointing, really.

The UCS Falcon is currently £552.49 if you use the code LEGO15 at Zavvi. John Lewis had it for £509.99 last October so I think I'll wait and see if they do it again.

Frank - How have you managed to make the UCS Falcon look small in that photo?

That's not my photo, unfortunately. It dwarfs the cabinet I've got it on :slol: Will have to try and get a decent photo of mine at some point.
