Always had a soft spot for A-Wings but £180 seems like a big chunk of change.
In other news, had a £20 VIP voucher burning a hole so ordered up the dinosaur fossil set. Concerned it's a bit one note, especially in the colours but might be a fun build.
I found the Dinosaur fossil a really fun build, and it's great how it all fits together.
Speaking of which girlfriend and I finished that set at the weekend and now on the lookout for something else. Would like a fun build in the sub £100 price category. Ideally something a bit more interesting to look at than a car. Any suggestions?
Edit: Also would be great if it had more than 1 part to it so we could get the reward of finishing something without having to do it all.
The space sets (like, the ISS and Apollo Capsule) fall into that price range but don't really fit the separate parts bill that well... If you fancy pushing the boat out the Disney Train is a fantastic multi-chunk build
I'm having great fun building the Pirate Bay at the moment. Doing like a bag a day to try and stretch it out a bit Barely had any interest in it when it won the Ideas approval, but the rework Lego did to make it rebuild into an actual gallon hooked me.

It doesn't quite fit your budget and it's a car but the Mustang is by far the coolest thing I've built. They way it goes together is so neat.
Though the above should be tempered by the fact I love the car itself.

Is that the £300 Disney Train? I have the Roller Coaster lined up for that price!
That was great fun to build. Some really intricate details around the back of the model (context). It's the first new Lego set I've had in about 25 years, so the numbered bags were new to me and really helped findin bits, although I think searching for bits is part of the charm.
