I enjoy the Star Wars movies but haven't jumped into all the expanded universe stuff so I think I was saying that for ordinary mortals the more obscure references won't be known.

It's a rank in a similar way to "Darth". Vader's real first name was Jeff, not many people know that.

Indeed. His Clone Wars appearances were great, as were those of Rebels. More Tarkin is always a good thing - especially when it's screen-based.

It looks like Fennec was in the trailer too

Hard to say how big her role will be, but given Ming-Na Wen's age, Fennec Shand would not be out of place during the Clone Wars, or the Empire's rise. Interesting that she's featured, though - if she recognizes Boba Fett as a clone, she hasn't vocalized it.

Caught up with the season so far.

Goddamn this is good TV. Better than the majority of the movies.

Based on the upcoming Bounty Collection figures (series 3), which depict the baby doing things he does in the show, our boi Mando will be taking his helmet off again in the finale, and Grogu will hide under it.
