The more I look at it, the more nothing seems to be at the right angle in that picture, like some log cutting escher painting

Has some utter bellend outside my window using a pressure washer for the last half an hour. It's just some massive rope that looks like he scavenged from a shipwreck. What is the strawberry floating need.

strawberry floating strawberry float me. Leaf blower bloke is out yet again with his absurd petrol powered leaf blower, revving it and making a strawberry floating din. He was out on Monday evening using it in the same area! He has no trees, and a pretty small lawn, no reason whatsoever to be constantly using that thing.

People who use leaf blowers are morons, a lot of the time they'd have more success in completing their task by using a broom.

Leaf blowers are great, sometimes I'm almost sad that with all the angle grinding and chainsawing I'm doing I barely have time to fire up the leaf blower!

I dual wield a leaf blower and pressure washer at the same time, get on my level.

I’ve got two really brutal neighbours - angry dad across the back, and weed smoking bloke (location undetermined). Today they have both decided to play havoc so we’ve got angry dad screaming holy hell at his kids (“WANTY FUCKEN WRAP IT SHUT THE strawberry float UP strawberry floating SHUT UP” constantly) and the house stinks of weed because I had the window open for five minutes earlier.

I wish weed smoking bloke would lend angry dad some of his stash to calm him down a bit.

If you leave your window open, it might help you feel calmer too ;)

Not really a moan but our neighbours have paid Green Thumb to treat their lawn and Green Thumb have only gone and done ours as well  I genuinely don't care if my lawn has weeds growing in it but I'm not going to turn down a free treatment. Thanks neighbours!

Oi Oi! Cheeky free lawn treatment!

When we moved in to our house last year the previous occupants had not been very interested in the garden so the lawn was a right mess - weeds, moss and patches all over the shop. I normally like doing garden stuff myself but with moving in and decorating to do there wasn't much time so the wife decided to sign us up for Green Thumb. After 18 months of regular treatment I am pleased to say... it's looks 100 times strawberry floating worse! :x

That green thumb has got to be the biggest con going. Our neighbour started it as well a few weeks ago and the lawn looks no better.

The social obsession with lawn maintenance is proper fall of Rome stuff

I've never heard of Green Thumb and looked at their website... it's a hell of a marketing department they have there. It's just grass.

One's value and sense of self worth is determined by the relative gap between how verdant your lawn is in comparison to that of your neighbours. All else is folly.

I cut my lawn once a week in spring until the clover comes through then I leave it because that encourages the bees.
