Yep :fp:

It's surrounded by moss and has turned light grey.

I think my neighbour isn't coming back from the hospital. He went about a month ago in he back of an ambulance and we haven't seen him since, which is very unusual.

Today I came home and found his car missing from his spot out front. He never goes out after 12pm so that was very odd. The smell of damp in the hallway has completely gone too. Normally we could tell he was home, whenever he opens his door the smell from his flat normally stinks up the entire hallway.

Speaking of missing neighbours, a month or so on from my previous observations, i'm now 99% sure that stool bloke has departed the street entirely, looks as if it's just mrs stool bloke and the kids left there now.

I think this means the thread title may need to be updated.

My neighbour has been very quiet since I soundproofed the party wall. He may be taking the piss or his soundbar may have blown up, but at least he's quiet.
He can't moan at me when my cinema room is finished and he get blown out of his chair by my subs

Thats incredible.

Does it have her name on it? I would definitely deliver it to her and act like I was being super helpful. Passive aggression for the win.

Turns out he died 2 weeks ago. He may have chatted your head off for hours to the point of annoyance at times, but he was a good neighbour. It seems very weird knowing he's gone!

Never nice to hear that a neighbor has died. May he rest in piece.

Wonder who you'll have as a new neighbour?

It'll depend on whether his flat is council owned or if he bought it. He always claimed he owned the place but he did tell the odd porky now and again so I guess it's all up to chance. I'm hoping whoever has his flat next isn't a troublemaker, otherwise I really don't care who lives there.

Assuming he's elderly, it makes me sad when they go.
