Still haven't found out who it is but the Costa Woman finds it's incredibly funny, as she keeps joking about it and watches when my dad opens the garage.

She hasn't been too bad, she's been busy for the past few days as she's got 3 new kittens. The other night she asked all the neighbours for cat food, as the kittens weren't eating the rice krispies she gave them. I think they're only a couple of months old as they're not very big or sure of their surrondings and yet she's already let them out the house.

Wouldn't be surprised to see some pigeons attacking them and winning if they're only a few months old.

And who the heck's feeding any animal rice krispies?

I wish you were making this up because it saddens me deeply to know she's abusing three innocent kittens.

I'm pretty sure cats guts can't abide grain of any kind.

Cats don't eat bread. Wtf

Or, alternatively, leave a trail of kitten-suitable food from the road to your house and liberate them. Worst case you could just sell them on facebook marketplace, which is presumably where she'd have got them from.

I was going to suggest this, the RSPCA don't strawberry float around.

Been following these logs for a while now, but this alone is just strawberry floating baffling. Someone on your street ought to step up and address the utter degeneracy on display there.

I think we've established that this person has multiple things deeply wrong with them and/or is irredeemably awful.

I did ring up the RSPCA but they weren't that bothered tbh, but in the meantime she sold them on Facebook and used the money to buy a new phone for her lad's birthday.
She's told us that she's after a dog, most preferably a German Shepherd or a Staffie but apparently the places she's been to won't let her have one.

Good job too. I wouldn't trust the woman with a strawberry floating Tamagotchi let alone an actual living creature like a dog! :dread:

Especially those breeds of dog. They often end up in rescue strawberry floated in the head due to abuse or neglect because they're "strong, resilient" dogs. You know, the ones you can just ignore except for rewarding them to sic on people.

Every institution or body she gets reported to does absolutely strawberry float all, is this some tactic to be as terrible a human being as possible so nobody wants to deal with you or something?

tbh they weren't very helpful when I called them about birds a couple of times, and then a pretty exotic (Mediterranean I think) terrapin abandoned in a public pond. They were like, "leave it and see what happens" and then the thing dies, or that they could collect it but they would just put it down anyway.

So yeah, that's what the RSPCA generally does in my experience. Let it die or help it out a little by... killing it. Their advice was literally to leave it alone.

Weren't pets though I suppose. The risk to the animal is it's in some kind of unfortunate circumstances where it probably shouldn't be.

I found a cat that had been hit by a car once and I didn't want to move the body although it was right outside my front gate. I called the RSPCA to come collect the body and they told me to just put it in a binbag and throw it in the bin. Like seriously what the strawberry float.

I walked around my neighbourhood for like 20 minutes trying to find the house where it lived to tell the owners and had no luck, so I put a box over it to cover the body and thankfully the owners must've got the message from their neighbours and collected the body overnight. I was devestated. :(

to be fair why would the RSPCA care about a dead cat? not trying to be harsh but thats not their problem :?

I'm assuming it's the council that would deal with dead pets. This is my councils policy

If we collect a dead cat or dog we will scan it to see if it has been microchipped. We also cross-check the details with our lost dog register, to try and reunite the animal with its owner. We keep a record of all dead animals that we pick up.

Please do not post this in the "No Context" thread

RSPCA are just giving some efficient advice there. They had people out trialling an even more efficient mechanism of cat disposal where they didn't even bother to wait until the cat was dead but it didn't test well with the public
