My neighbour has bought a sound bar with no control on the bass.
I've had a gutsful.
Next week I'm soundproofing the party wall.

My neighbours decided to set off fireworks around the estate at midnight last night. I didn't mind, it was nice to hear the neighbours cheering and whooping. No idea if the grump downstairs was happy though.

Neighbour-bloke is banging out music. It's annoying, but not (yet) ultra loud.
The weird thing is that, over the past hour, he has played Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas" three times. Three times! On 9 January!

I have just arrived home and I happened to be walking up the stairs just as neighbour-bloke and one of his sons were. Bloke was saying to his son "Yeah, so we're moving out in ten days...down to
(a place miles away)".
