Sorry to laugh but

It is crazy. The residents of one flat have been laying bed sheets and duvets on top of the bushes. A few nearby residents have complained because not only are the bushes getting damaged but the sheets sometimes stink of piss.

When you're on a committee for a housing area, it's amazing to discover the things that some people do.

You should stand to be chairman of the committee jawa, then you can sort out this nonsense properly!

The banana split has been hammering what sounds like stone since 8.40 now. I've got DIY to do today, but the difference is that I'm waiting until a reasonable hour to start making noise.
