Aaaaaand the hammering has started

I bought a chainsaw recently as there is a tree in my garden that I've been desperate to cut down for ages now. Got it set up and tested it out yesterday, strawberry float me is it loud!

I'm definitely going to be pissing off some neighbours when I get this job going.

It's quiet here this morning!

Other day someone was hammering and it felt like they started first thing in the morning and didn't stop until the evening. What were they even hammering for that long?

DJ Calvin has been blasting out the choons in the garden since 9am. Tried to have a nice breakfast out the back but have retreated indoors to work as it was completely unbearable.

It's bliss here. No noise whatsoever.

The evening was very warm last night, but we had to keep our windows closed because some selfish banana split lit a bonfire and the smoke triggered my wife's asthma, in addition to stinking the house out. Surely, in this day and age, burning garden waste should be banned.

They've slowly turned everything a combination of black, white and chrome, in that way young people think is trendy, so I think so.

On of my mates did this to an old bungalow. Did a fantastic job of it, but it was in an old people's area and the only people that were going to buy there were old people (Qikz this is outside of London btw), so when people were looking around it to buy, they all said they'd have to redecorate the whole thing. He got so offended and couldn't understand why people didn't like it.
