Can you do that with the weapons who shovel the snow off their drive onto the pavements, so once the sun comes back out and all the snow melts, you're left with enormous snowdrifts blocking the pavement for a good few days afterwards?

Neighbour-bloke has gradually been getting louder over the past ninety minutes and now, at 00:10, he has decided it would be a great time to turn up his music.

...and, rather predictably, they're now shouting at each other in a huge argument; telling each other to strawberry float off and how bad their respective in-laws are. And all this is taking place in the car park.

Absolute morons.

I don't understand how people like that even function. How have the got through life without someone at some point directly telling them what inconsiderate tossers they are?

Some people just seem to love having constant drama in their lives. They are always arguing or shouting at somebody.

It is pretty odd. Sure, everyone has an argument sometimes, even in families... but I can't imagine how someone's thinking works when they feel comfortable to shout at their partner for twenty-five minutes in a public area at around 1am. Literally shouting and swearing at each other about all sorts of personal things; so loud that it wakes all of the other residents living here. And, as we all know by now, that kinda behaviour isn't exactly a rarity with them.

I just can't deal with their pashun and unconventional thinking etc .

They've woken up and decided to carry on their row. I know it could sound like I'm some sorta weirdo listening in to others... but, no, they're just shouting at each other loud enough that neighbours can hear in their own homes.

Frankly, I can't keep up with the noise log updating .

Id be tempted to burn their flat down at this point.

How long have you got to keep this noise log for? Or do you send it to the council every month and they send some pansy "please keep the noise down" letter around?

I think I’d use a stronger word than “dang” if they lived with a 50 mile radius of me.

It has gotten me down over the past year. TBH, I've pretty much stopped inviting people over to my place because I don't want them being subjected to the music, TV, arguing and swearing whilst sitting in my flat.

I actually agree with PJ - you've been subject to this for an awfully long time and that's not fair on you Jawa - you need to go on the offensive.

This, get an ASBO put on them.

It sounds simple, guys, but there are a number of hurdles to dealing with difficult neighbours. My council requires that a noise log be kept and that can be read in many ways; sure, they maybe party until 2am twice a week, but they don't on the other five nights? And sorry, we can't get involved in domestic disputes. And, if you officially complain to the Council, that can be seen in checks when you ever put your property up for sale.

The best route I have is that I can lodge a complaint through the flat's management company and I have done this twice now. Each time, it worked for a while but then they return to type. Luckily... they rent the flat so there is a chance that the owner will get fed up with the complaints and chuck 'em out. That's my hope.

This comes with the dilemma of making things worse,and jawa potentially getting the gooseberry fool kicked out of him.

Have you ever tried to talk to them or are they just approachable?

I feel like every time they kick off you should just phone the police non-emergency number and report it. Eventually they'll get so fed up of it they'll send someone out. You pay your taxes, make a fuss, get it sorted! Get angry.
