The thing is hyper sensitive as well, it seems to go off from the tiniest movement so any creatures moving in their garden or people walking along the road during the night will see my whole room lit up like strawberry floating Time Square. :dread:

Get your own, even brighter one and shine it directly at their house. Theyll get the message.

This reminds me of that episode of One Foot in the Grave where the street light ended up inside the bedroom.

Can we lock this thread on page 99 and start a new one?

This security light is getting beyond a joke now. It was only installed on the weekend so I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, perhaps they're still getting it set up correctly and they'll adjust it to a more sensible direction/power level soon.

Nope, it still bloody goes off at the drop of a hat and if anything last night it felt like the thing was strawberry floating brighter than ever! It feels like the strawberry floating rapture is kicking off every 5 minutes whilst I'm trying to get to sleep! :x

Managed to capture footage of the light being set off last night:

This is why we need guns so we can shoot rogue security lights.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the shooting of security lights, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Sounds like you need black out curtains, i have them to keep out the glow of the street light and they're excellent.

Yeah they are great, got them in one of the kids rooms as they will wake up at the slightest sign of light!

But it's not as fun as getting a high calibre rifle and shooting my neighbour's face light out, is it? ;)

I know, and were such things not generally frowned upon, degenerate neighbour bloke would have had both barrells in the balls by now.

Next door neighbour has some blokes in doing up their kitchen today, and I can't park the car infront of my garage. So I've parked it in the turning point but it's alright as the other neighbours in the cul-de-sac can get out anyway.
But the Chia Pet woman had a go at me and told me she doesn't like it parked there as the sunlight is reflecting in her living room windows.

There is designated parking directly across from me, and there would be in front of my window if it wasn't a bus stop. That happens at a certain time of day every day, especially if the car is silver. Tell her to sod off and draw her curtains.
