I had a proper ding dong with someone who parked in my space at old my house. I had returned from work to find someone in my space so I parked right behind them and blocked them in and went in the house. 30 mins later there was a knock at the door, I answered to find this banana split all dressed in green shouting at me to move my car so his ambulance could get out. not my problem mate and I don't care if it's an emergency. Don't park in my spot.

I think it's reasonable to expect people to be good neighbours-a heads up so you don't have washing out, can close the windows etc and it's taking the piss if people do it every day but I don't you can expect people to never use their gardens for barbecues.
