I have fond memories of playing Viewtiful Joe and Billy Hatcher demos on GameCube. Didn't buy either game 
Can't remember where they came from mind, not that sure they were both from magazines. I have a feeling one of them was from an in store promotion in gamestation or something but I can't really remember.
