For the last 5 national lottery draws, I have bought a 'lucky dip' ticket.

For the last 5 national lottery draws, the number 13 has appeared on my ticket.

Am I going to die?

You're a Saint. Doesn't that mean you've already died?

Has anyone ever won anything with a lucky dip? I haven't, it makes me think it's fixed.

Buy a scratch card. I rarely ever lose.

But?

Well...it's usually the price I paid for it in the first place. It's like the pound coin you insert into a supermarket trolley.

I must have bought about 40 to 50 scratchcards over the years.

I have never ever won a thing!

bye bye

I used to religiously play the lottery every week, mostly because I would fret that my numbers would come up on the week I didn't bother putting it on. I haven't bought a lottery ticket in ages now, I will sometimes buy a ticket if there is a roll over but that's about it.. waste of money. By the time you've won something you've probably already wasted that much on tickets in the weeks and months before anyway...

I only ever play the EuroMillions and only then when the jackpot is very large so maybe five or six times a year total.

Especially if it takes six million weeks for your numbers to come up.

What a pointless waste of time the lottery is.

I can spare £8 a month (1 line, twice a week) on the off chance that I will win £14,000,000.

I bought a £1 scratchcard once, only won a fiver.

As for the lottery itself, I dont do it, has theres a very small chance of actually winning.
