I must admit, with one or two exceptions (the guy who lost half his arm springing to mind), literally everyone on that show was a detestable piece of gooseberry fool.

S2 is less interesting by default because there is less Joe Exotic.

One thing that's annoying me so far is that PETA and the authorities are all about going after Jeff Lowe, Tim Stark and Joe Exotic but Carole Baskin gets what is tantamount to a free pass in comparison. Absolute joke and she is the biggest hypocrite of the lot.

I liked the hippy zookeper Erik Cowie, who sadly died recently.

Just finished it today and thought it was great. It's quite short at 6 episodes and the first episode is a bit slow, but it then picks up and maintains a strong run until the end. I'm definitely on board for season 2.

I thought it was fine, but I don't know why it exists.

Watched the first episode of the League of Legends series and, despite only knowing that its a MOBA, the playerbase is a rancid open sewer full of the worst examples of humanity and the company behind it seems perpetually embroiled in harassment scandals, I really enjoyed it. The animation is spectacular, the characters are interesting and I'm sure there are tonnes of little nods and references all over the place that just fly over my head but it stands up on its own perfectly well.

Same. Hoping it's going to fall into place soon.
Odd that they took the intro from the Bebop movie but changed it to being on the space casino in the first episode.
What was wrong with re-doing the convenience store heist?

I'm up to the final episode of Cowboy Bebop Netflix edition and honestly it's been enjoyable. It's no where near as good as the anime, but it's still got it's charms.

I'm also loving Arcane, one of the best original shows I've seen on Netflix. I know almost nothing about League, but the interwoven plot threads and animation are superb.

Has anyone else watched People Just Do Nothing? It's my new favourite comedy.

It absolutely is. I've watched it all a few times. Up there with the likes of Peep Show.

Would you say it's a hidden gem? Or am I just late to the party again? I only found it after falling down a YouTube hole watching Munya Chawawa videos and the Kurrupt FM boys do a video with his character Unknown P.

Either way I love it. MC Grindah is an absolute monster. It's made me listen to loads of garage tunes I loved back when. Best UK sub-culture of all time.

Bless up.
