Another annoying performance by us today, take the lead and sound like we’re comfortable even just one goal up. Middlesbrough equalise and we get a goal back from the sounds of a good bit of play and poor defending leading to an own goal. Then we bring McBurnie on :fp: within a matter of minutes he’s lost the ball in a poor position and they’ve equalised, again. I have no idea why the heck Heckingbottom brought McBurnie on or why he’s even on the bench.

I know there are 43 games to go, but I am honestly starting to believe. The hope will, of course, kill me in the end, but this is the best start to a season I've seen from Blackburn in years, if not in my entire footballing memory.

B'burn looking the business this year so far anyway. How likely is Brereton Diaz to stay do you think? Heard Spanish clubs and some English were sniffing around a few weeks ago but gone quiet since.

Apparently it's 34 years since we last won our first 3 league matches. :o

If we win on Wednesday, it will be our best start since 1913.

Do you make it to a lot of Bristol City matches Moggy? Thinking about trying to get a ticket to our away game at Ashton Gate in February if tickets are easy enough to pick up. I don't really mind sitting in the home end and keeping my mouth shut. :slol:

I've not been to that many matches over the last few years. A combination of having a kid, laziness and having a gooseberry fool team.

I assume beating Luton means that Peter Crisp will acknowledge Bristol City as the new world champions? ;)

Swans 2-0 at 90 mins...

Score two own goals in injury time to draw 2-2 :fp: :fp:

I wonder what kind of performance Sheffield United have in them tonight….

Edit, wondered when we’d make a characteristic, unforced error while leading the match :fp:

Deserved win on Tuesday night despite the red card. Yet again should have had a pen, and freeman should have walked along with Sykes.

Enjoy the game!

I’m amazed by our performance against Blackburn yesterday, watched the highlights this morning and we looked really good (as with the highlights, they’re only a very small snapshot of the game) after listening to the game yesterday afternoon where except for a few minutes we sounded good throughout. No idea where Norwood’s free kick came from, he has these wonder moments and then looks so average and error prone in most other games  At least we have one striker who can score too, Khadra had a good game from the sounds of it too despite playing slightly out of position I think.

Wasn’t expecting that! Another solid performance from Bristol City. Tommy really coming into his own now and another academy wonder kid.
