Congrats Moggy

Check out my YouTube channel!
One man should not have this much power in this game. Luckily I'm not an ordinary man.

Luton will be in the Champions League in just a couple of years :toot: .
I won't be greedy and say they'll be champions but 2nd will do.
Like The Borg, it's inevitable.

Luton are one of the worst footballing teams I've seen this season. It would be an absolute travesty if they got promoted.

I have to be honest here and say I have no idea how they'll survive in the Premiership if they do get there.
They just don't have the money to buy anyone of that level.
They've never spent more than £1.5m on a player and for that, you just get laughed at in the Prem.
They also can't afford the wages of anyone even if they do manage to find £20m down the back of a sofa so the best we can hope for is just using the players we have now and with the best will in the world, I think they'll struggle.

It's a shame but unless the club actually wins a record Euromillions jackpot I just don't see how they can compete in terms of pure money.
It's amazing we're competing at this level.

Maybe Bill Gates will suddenly remember he's a huge Luton fan and sell stupid Microsoft and buy Luton :shifty: .

You'd need a lot more than the Euromillions to compete in the Prem.

The money will start to flow in once the new stadium is built but that's a few years away at best.

What do you think to what happened today?

Scunthorpe put out a severely weak team. Average age of 19, the captain was 18. That really can't be right can it?

I know I'm a cobblers fan so my opinion may be tinged with sour grapes but that's very unsporting of Scunthorpe to essentially gift the game to Rovers.

I just hope it’s not massively one sided after the first round, makes for quite a boring second round. We have to be confident going into at least after beating the champions 4-0. But that will probably mean nothing

Looking at our last game at your place I'm quite confident of getting a result at your place.
Looking at your result yesterday against Fulham-on-the-beach FC I'm quite nervous.

I also have horrid memories of our last playoff battle :dread:

I'd happily take a draw and get back to ours. But of course a huge win either way will settle nerves for the 2nd leg

Sunderland have to be thinking it’s their year to go back up to the Championship.
