What on earth is going on here? This is the most cautious I've seen us play for a long time. Rooney is basically a centre half at the moment?!

We've set up really cautiously too, I was expecting to maybe nick something in the second half.

It's baffling. We've been sublime in the first half since the restart, then pretty bad in the second half.

Maybe we're going for the other way round today!

Improved somewhat after the drinks break, but still offering very little. The problem is that usually everything Rooney touches turns to gold, but he looks hugely off the pace today.

Obvious answer is that he hit up Wetherspoons earlier.

I'm loving Rooney's beard by the way. Suits him. Not loving that Martyn Waghorn Penalty is playing for Derby now.

There's the token red card for this fixture.

strawberry float's sake. Awful result and another key player suspended for three games.

Let's just lost to West Brom next so we can be done with it.

Best result all round really, Waghorn gotten to strawberry float and a draw. I don’t know if it would’ve been better for Forest to win but no matter. Result for Huddersfield, draw for PNE and a win for us vs Leeds now please...

I'm not correcting that post with an edit. I like the way it looks.

Didn't feel inevitable at all from where I was sitting. Dreadfully lifeless performance overall and stupid red card for Waghorn. Seen a lot worse but still an awful challenge from him and he should be ashamed.

It's inevitable when you've followed Forest your whole life

It's a bit gutting, but I can't stay too mad for long as I'd have taken a draw before the game and we've maintained the 7 point gap over 7th. Just about securing the PO spot now.

Oh my mistake, I meant a draw for Cardiff against Bristol City.

Let's be honest this result (purely in terms of points) never really meant much to you. You're realistically guaranteed playoffs anyway and it still would have been a huge stretch to suggest you'd have competed for automatics even if you had won.

Guess we all just need to cheer on the Bristol City boys now don't we :slol:.

Oh for strawberry float’s sake. That little glimmer of play off hope is well and truly crushed now.

Imagine losing consecutive games to Wigan and Barnsley though. That’s what’s killed it this season - we’d have been in the play-off places if we’d just not been gooseberry fool.
