That Bristol City badge is shocking. It's like Sheffield Wednesday going back to their old monstrosity.

Soudani looking more and more nailed on to join Karanka’s Revolution at NFFC - medical Friday ahead of £2.6m deal
https://www.nottinghampost.com/sport/fo ... st-1719909

We’re also in talks with Daniel Prodence over a proposed free transfer following his tearing up of his Sporting Lisbon contract (which had a 60m euro release clause! ) https://www.nottinghampost.com/sport/fo ... th-1718263

Sam Byram expected to join on loan from West Ham too https://www.footballfancast.com/premier ... it-reports

Fabio strongly being linked with joining us as a LB too https://www.footballfancast.com/champio ... peculation

If we get all of those, plus one of Marriott, Grabban, Bamford or Stuani who we all being heavily linked with, on top of the already completed deals for Gil Dias, Joao Carvalho and Diogo Goncalves plus Michael Dawson, I really will feel that this season could, at the very least, see us challenging top 6.

Roll on August! :toot:

How does a hotel score 33 goals?

Think about it.

Jack Rodwell has finally gone. :toot: We've made a lot of bad signings over the years but he's a strong contender to be the worst of the lot.

One of the worst signings by any club ever I’d reckon. His wages/mins played ratio must be huge

Rumours are he’s off to the MLS

Decent stats, albeit not in England - 158 goals in 366 apps plus 21 goals for Algeria in 41 international appearances. Not to be sniffed at!

Welcome to our latest (6th so far) signing of the summer, Jack Robinson signs on a 2yr deal from QPR to fill our perpetual LB problem area
https://twitter.com/NFFC/status/1013074 ... 14624?s=19

Looks like Podence is off to our owner's other club Olympiacos instead though. Oh well, we do need to give the rest of the league a chance I suppose

No one else buying anyone then?
Ok, just us
Welcome back to Costel Pantilimon, plus a warm welcome to Lewis Grabban who joined today on a 4 yr deal.

Gotta love the attempted FFP insinuation in the topic title. We made a £32m profit last year and only spent £24m so far this window. Keep trying though.

Very quiet from all other EFL fans......

I'm really not insinuating FFP at all, it's just the new policy of sensationalist headlines and since the only thing happening is Forest buying everyone, they're the target. By all means though, get salty.

Also, nobody else is making any great signings, and there's a world cup on. We signed Jacob Davenport from Man City last week, but I don't know anything about the guy to throw any braggadocio into the thread.

We've extended Curtis Davies' contract to 2020 so you can sign whichever scummy gimps you want and it won't matter 8-).
