If it was happening regularly then it wouldn’t be news. The fact it’s rare nowadays makes it news.

I don't have an issue with reporting the action, it's the analysis pieces with talk of a new breed of hooliganism and Phil Neville saying players aren't safe. It's patently nonsense.

I see Pompey are playing up. Lee Johnson hoping to end a Lee Johnson losing period.

We're playing two decent-quality strikers on the pitch at the same time (the way we did when we went 3-0 up against Rochdale). Odd how these things work.

Yeah. Theres an ex hooligan who is now a homeless volunteer who has reached out to him to try and help him. he's been out feeding homeless people these last few nights. Still think he's a banana split.

He's been arrested, kicked from uni as well.

Fabian Delph is a banana split.

If LJ can’t beat Ipswich then he might as well move to Yate Town.

Watching MON squirm is brilliant. I'm not still bitter at all.

Another good win for Villa tonight, but I still think we're going to miss out on the play offs.

If that does happen I can see us being a mid-table Championship team for a few years yet.

Next week at Middlesbrough looks key in the play-off race, a Villa win brings 5th and 6th into the chasing pack of Sheffield Wednesday up(realistic?) as opposed to just 6 teams fighting for 6th.

Another poor result but at least it was a decent performance.

Very hard to say where it will go from here. At the moment it looks like we'll see Villa marching into 6th place.

Apparently we've missed 4/7 penalties so far this season. But unsurprisingly that is has been our worst attempt yet.

Not fully sure, but looks like he is attempting a panenka, which is nice and confident of him.

He’s attempting a panenka, slips, and his left foot knocks the ball. Because he has no momentum, as he’s trying a panenka, the ball barely moves.

That’s what it looks like to me anyway.
