Been on the phone to Samsung again and have found out for the second time that my support tickets are being ignored! - This time I decided to call the Exchange programme directly and thankfully the guy I spoke to has arranged the exchange for the 3rd of October.

Time to raise a complaint me thinks, the complete lack of customer care has been shambolic.

My phone is continuing to die, the microphone is now totally busted so it is useless as an actual phone. I really wanna see what Google unveil on the 4th before I get something though. Thankfully I rarely actually use my phone to talk to people so I shouldnt miss the ability to make calls too much....

I don't have one. No issues with the screen so far.

I also have a OnePlus three, and do not use a screen protector or case. I've had no problems with it like that. Although I haven't done anything daft like drop it on the pavement or anything, yet.

Yup, got the sandstone one included when I made the original order.

I've taken mine out of the case a few times and it's like trying to hold onto a wet bar of soap!

Yeah, it's quite smooth I guess, but somehow I manage to keep hold of it.

My LG G4 died the other day, won't get past the boot screen.

Luckily its just under a year old and its a known issue so LG are going to fix it, going to send DPD to pick it up with a box to put it in too.

Get the feeling its quite a well practiced procedure now.

I've had the main board and stuff replaced on mine as it stopped turning on.

How was your experience with it all? Is it ok now?

Was really good, was done by EE, took it in Thursday had it back Monday and has been fine since. Every so often I get ghosting of the notification bar icons but that drifts off after a few hours. Battery can be a touch odd where you get days where it just runs out mega fast but mostly its really good.

For anyone interested in the OnePlus 3, you can now buy it directly from 02 and they will look after the warranty.

Yes?

02's upfront cost for the OnePlus 3, and the additional cost on your tariff over 24 months, is £336, so £7 more than just buying it direct from OnePlus, and sorting out your own sim only deal.

Just had that email come through too...

Look very slick.
How does everyone rate their One +3?
