Vettel always sounds so surprised when they tell him he's out in Q1.

Magnussen relatively bossing it again so far :datass: Hope he can keep it going for Q3!

I’m starting to think they really should have ran an Aston Martin with the new upgrades and one with the old now, granted 90% of teams have brought updates but they can’t tell how much quicker they are than before, I’d be tempted to revert one of them back, both starting at the back it’s going to be a poor race for them anyway. Wonder how long it is till Vettel announces his retirement :(

I'd be shocked if Vettel was still in F1 next year.

I won’t lie, he’s the one driver where I’ll be gutted to see him go. Things will have to improve a lot to keep him around.

Proof that upgrades don’t equal more pace.

The Merc still looks a bit skittish. Probably 3rd fastest car still but they've improved and now have a genuine chance of squeezing ahead of Perez or Sainz if they don't have a great qualifying.

That was a mighty lap from Charles, don't think Max was beating that even if nothing had gone wrong.

Let’s hope he doesn’t have to start from the pit lane :shifty:

Cracking lap from Leclerc, one lap and blitzes it.

The Merc definitely isn't bouncing as much at high speed that's for sure, good to see George get 4th.
