There's a pretty high chance i was at that event too (i was at pretty much every btcc silverstone event between 1997 and 2001), but i don't remember seeing any night races so i would have left the circuit earlier in the day.

Hamilton is just putting his foot on Bottas' throat currently.

Although he's compromised starting on the softs tomorrow because of the red flag in Q2, so Bottas could end up with the better race strategy and possibly get the win regardless. I'm hoping Verstappen can mix things up a bit.

EDIT: Also guys, don't forget it's a 12pm start tomorrow.

Well at least Seb tried to spice up a dull weekend so far :shifty:

Good job as always from Hamilton and Verstappen, both making their teammates look amateur. The midfield is still the most exciting portion of the grid and will continue to be so next year, Renault are making good progress, hopefRacimg Point/Aston Martin will bring a solid upgrade either this year or at the start of next to keep them up the sharp end of the midfield.

This might actually be a chance for Bottas to get a win back, he’s on the better starting strategy at least. I’ll be waiting till I’m off work to catch up so hope I don’t miss a blinder

Amazing Hamilton can match Schumacher today. I never thought I'd see that.

Just sat down to watch my first live race.

Watched the qualifying last night on catch up and Hamilton really is ridiculously good isn't he?

I think he’ll go backwards at the start.

Well 3 things can happen, I think he knows this is a must win though.

Hmm, they're not sure if it'll be a penalty or not at the moment. Guess we won't find out till later.
