It's not like Bottas was really going to catch him, so to just nulify it like that is bullshit for spectators as well.

Given the deg on Bottas’s first stint, makes sense they would put him on the Hard tyre for the second stint.

Not the most exciting race, only DRS overtakes are possible in this track it seems unfortunately

They had to. If they didn't put Lewis on the hards, he'd have definitely had to stop again which would have gifted the race to Bottas.

Just reading, apparently Mercedes are going to sell a 70% stake in the team to Ineos. That's excellent news for Mclaren as Mercedes will basically revert to engine supplier only again.

That looks like battery smoke on the racing point.

I think F1 are getting crafty and using the flags to spice up the action towards the end of the race. Indycar tend to do it a bit. Have to say, generally it seems to work with no real knock on over the course of a season, but it is a bit gimmicky.

Bottas should be able to get the lead by the first corner but with Verstappen out, Lewis can defend as hard as he likes. Maybe a Riccardo victory on the cards!
