Verstappen binning off tyres which are much younger than Hamilton's.

Max may be the best of the rest but he's not on Hamilton's level.

That's got to hurt for Bottas.

Bottas is having a nightmare, don’t get where Vettel’s pace has gone since Ferrari screwed up his stop again, still both Ferrari’s are catching Perez.

Absolutely ridiculous from Hamilton.

As he claims the numbers for being the best ever, he puts in a drive that just shows it in strawberry floating spades.

Unreal from Lewis. Great call to stay on those tyres too.

Not often I get even a little emotional watching F1 but that part where Hamilton was still in his car, letting it sink in was, Vettel congratulating him too was a really nice touch, those two seem to have a really good relationship.

Amazing that some people still don't consider him the greatest F1 driver in its history.

I wonder why....

He's just in the fastest car mate and I would definitely say the exact same thing if it was any other driver, can't prove I wouldn't.

He’s definitely one of the best and might be the outright best (he is on pure stats of course) but it’s just so hard to compare drivers from the current era to those from the 1950’s and 60’s etc.

Absolutely incredible drive, that's the sort of thing you'd see from Senna or Schumacher. It's up there with their best wet weather wins. Incredible to see a podium with two drivers who hold over a decades worth of titles between them too.

I just don't see where he bows out, each year he keeps improving and today showed that the other drivers are still incredibly far away from him.

One of the greatest drives of all time from one of the greatest drivers of all time.

Immense from Lewis with their tyre temp problems in the wet, but it's at the point now where this almost goes without saying. Great for Vettel to get a podium - he kept it clean and tidy in the conditions and showed his experience. You could tell him and Hamilton just knew exactly what to do.

Verstappen was all over the place though - he's insanely quick but still needs to learn when to be calm in certain situations.

So will we hear Hamilton’s signed up until the end of 2022 sometime this week? He said he wanted to get the championships out of the way first and they’re both won..... With him saying to Mark Webber about he still feels like he’s just getting started it doesn’t sound like he’s planning on leaving.

Sky really do an excellent job of explaining things as a newcomer so you know what is going on but there’s odd bits that they don’t touch on still.

The standers are racists is the prevailing thought.

Not by anyone intelligent.

The most charitable thing you can say is they don't care enough to kneel. They're ordered to wear anti-racism T-shirts and be at that presentation.
