I haven't had an F1 t shirt for many years now, they're just always so damn expensive (even the older designs).

I’m rather excited by Aston Martin coming into the sport as their own team again and with them getting Vettel

They should be pretty competitive too, as the car will just be an evolution of the pink mercedes.

They should be, hopefully they’ll be at the front of the midfield (or thereabouts at least), I’m hoping they’ll transition well to the next lot of regulations too with the spending cap finally coming in too.

I remember when they built the BRDC building in the background, could see it under construction from the grandstands. It was around that time the old Autosport tower on the outside of Woodcote was demolished, it would cost a little more to get a seat there, but there was more legroom so it was worth it.

The circuit commentary box used to be on the upper floors too.

Will be intresting what the new BRDC building will look like once built, as the old one was iconic with classic 00 silverstone

The one in the background was built somewhere around 2003.

Ah my mistake even so still part of the classic bridge layout of Silverstone and it was part of the woodcote mini stadium complex after bridge back in the day.

The autosport tower was a key feature of the silverstone start line. I have just done looking around on the brdc website and i does not say anything about the club house being knocked down so that post could of been for something else like a commentary booth or something.

The first Silverstone event i attended, and it rained a lot.

Thats a good video i vaguely remember watching that on tv.

Also the 2021 motorsport racing has started last week was the Dubai 24 hours race and this weekend happening right now is the Daytona 24 hours
